Sunday, September 30, shall be the commencement of the finest tradition on wheels of two. Distinguished Gentleman and Ladies from across the land will congregate at Misha’s at 1 hour past noon, for a spot of tea. Upon consumption of this fine libation, we shall re-holster our pinky fingers, mount our metallic steeds and parade through the town.
Sorry, I can’t continue this blustery prose…
We’re about to have a blast as part of a world-wide ride happening in 60 cities with around 2500 riders. Donning our suits and distinguished accessories, we’ll touring Old Town, swinging by Mt. Vernon, having school picture day in front of the Capitol and ending up at a fish and chip spot in Old Town.
For DC folks, we’ll be meeting at the Key Bridge Exxon at 12 noon for a 12:30pm departure to Misha’s.
The ride will be fun, slow and casual. Suits don’t make for the safest riding gear, so there won’t be any racing going on. We need lots of photos, so if you have a GoPro or some other camera, please take as many photos as possible.
Right now, the weather looks good – so see you Sunday!
