Heather Johnson, an artist from NJ, is taking her Triumph Tiger cross-country for a month-long Artist Residency fellowship at BoxoHOUSE, in Joshua Tree, California. Along the way she’s stopping by DC – and we should show her a proper DC welcome…

We sent Dave Clissold to scout out the location for tomorrow night. The folks at Franklin’s are waiting for us – and have the upstairs loft ready. Just ask for the DC Triumph party. The parking lot next door is metered parking until 8pm, so you might need 50 cents to get you from 7pm to 8pm.
