Should I Go With Brown Leather?

So after a nice long ride on Sunday, I’m planning to get my Bonneville’s seat redone. I’m hoping to raise the height of the seat, so my 6’6″ frame isn’t in pretzel formation all the time. In addition, a little extra padding may help delay “butt burn” on long trips.

The idea popped in my head to go brown on the seat of my Bonneville Black. What do ya think? My little mockup here should help demonstrate. Please leave your advice in the comments?
